The Current Every Day Makeup Routine

Although I don't think I will completely stray away from my all time favourite dewy complexion, bronzed eyes and a nude lip makeup look, I still enjoy switching up my products and trying out new things. For my makeup this week I've been mixing between a peach and pink blush for some spring colour loving and there is an old foundation favourite which is good skin in a bottle and a new eye shadow palette I have completely fallen in love with. This is a pretty easy makeup look which I have been chucking on in the mornings for a minimal base, natural eye brows and a pink gloss for the lips.

You know the Estee Lauder Double Wear Light foundation I raved about earlier this year? Well it is back and I have missed it. I am all for a light, dewy foundation which gives a medium coverage and last all day on my skin, and this tube of goodness does just that, lets just say this gives the whole 'my skin but better' look. With a slightly more satin than dewy finish, my skin adores this foundation as it can still breathe and glow from within. My under eye bags haven't been so bad recently so I've been skipping concealer completely and keeping my base super natural. This is the stage where I'll usually go in with my NARS Laguna Bronzer but I am finishing my base off today with my Clinique Cheek Pop blush in Berry Pop for a natural flush of colour and Benefit Watts Up Highlighter for a subtle champagne highlight.

Since buying my NARS Dual Intensity Eye Shadow Palette, I have worn it every single day, other than my Anastasia Contour Kit, this is the best beauty buy I have ever made. For an intense, bright shimmer I use the powders wet and pat them on with my NARS Eye Shadow Brush. I have a thing for shimmery shadow at the moment so most days I have been using the top left shade, Europa all over the lid which transfers as a beautiful metallic pale pink, nothing tooooo OTT but just adds that little extra something. (if you get me) I'm not really an eye liner kind of gal and much prefer using eye shadows as a liner so still keeping it super natural I've been using a dark brown shadow, of course another NARS Dual Intensity Eye Shadow in Ursa Major along my lash line which I then smudge out and blend. As I wanted to keep this look relatively natural, I left my brows as they are and just applied a layer of Benefit Roller Lash mascara to give my lashes some oomph.

I am really not feeeeeling the full on, high maintenance lip at the moment and don't have the time to touch up throughout the day so keeping it simple, I went for a pink gloss and you can't go wrong with By Terry Lip Gloss in Baume De Rose- comfortable, pigmented and best of all, non sticky so you don't have to worry about the whole hair sticking to your lips malarky.

So there is the current makeup look and products I am loving at the moment - natural, easy and low maintenance. What is your go to makeup look at the moment?
