The Ultimate Guide to Summer Body Care
Warmer weather means one thing; skin on show and whether you're in a bikini, dress, skirt or even jeans and a t-shirt, limbs are out and in full force. Keeping the skin on your body nourished is key to maintaining healthy and luminous skin all over (something I'm a true advocate of) and to kick of Summer beauty features on here this year, I've rounded up the best body-care on the market that I've tried and tested. From salty and oily scrubs, light lotions and rich body butters to oils, refreshing shower gels, AHA body serums and fake tans, this is the ultimate beauty guide to everything you need in your body routine this year.
SHOWER GELS
Soaper Duper Nourishing Coconut Body Wash*: Coconut and orange are the scents of Summer for me; long beach days drenched in suncream that smells like coconut and freshly squeezed orange juice by the pool; idyllic and something this body wash perfectly encapsulates. It's ultra hydrating and a Summer shower essential.
L'Occitane Almond Shower Oil*: The must luxurious and indulgent shower product ever to make it's way into my routine but one that leaves skin feeling and looking so incredibly supply, nourished and oily that no lotion is needed when dry. Once mixed with water this rich oil turns into a thick foam that not only fills the bathroom and skin with a heavenly almond scent but leaves skin with a satin sheen all over.
