My Favourites: March Edit

The monthly favourites are back and March was filled with adding new beauty and skincare launches into my routines. As we have slowly been moving out of Winter, March for me has been all about skin and ensuring my hydration and glow levels are maintained to ensure healthy skin, radiant skin. Its been a month of discovery as I've found some new holy-grail skin and makeup products that will see me through the Summer. Style-wise, it's been all about denim, white t-shirts and backless mules.

SkinCeuticals H.A. Intensifier Hyaluronic Acid Serum*:This is an award-winner and best seller for a reason; a luxurious, potent and incredibly effective correcting Hyaluronic Acid serum that plumps, firms and improves skins texture through increasing skins hyaluronic acid levels. Its a game changer in the serum department and after applying daily in the AM and PM for around 2 months now, my skin has been transformed and has never looked so good. Health, glow and hydration in a bottle, this is an expensive option but for me, is 100% worth the price tag.

Darphin Vetiver Oil Elixir*: I've been slathering my skin in this divine, relaxing and stress relieving Vetiver oil morning and nightly throughout March and my skin has never been so thankful. Formulated with a mix of essential oils, the skin benefits from restoration, hydration and comfort as the skins barrier is strengthened and protected from external aggressors, its helped keep my skin clear, balanced and bright. After massaging a few drops into my face, my skin appears much glowier and healthier; a real skin saviour over the past few months.

Rosie for Autograph Starstruck Cheek Sticks*: Multi-tasking cream cheek sticks are the one makeup product I use daily in my routine and couldn't live without, whether it's peach, rose or bronze toned, they are the ultimate glossy cheek givers. These sticks from Rosie for Autograph have made my makeup routine that much quicker, easier and fresher looking throughout March and have been doubling up as a lip and eye tints too. In a twist up stick style, they are super easy to apply incredibly buttery and blend-able and give the most beautiful glow.

River Island Backless Red Mules (sold out, similar here): After an extra long Winter, I quickly became bored of wearing cashmere socks out the house and ankle boots so went on the hunt for a pair of mules to start my Spring wardrobe. I've always loved red and having such a monochromatic navy and white wardrobe, a red mule seemed the perfect way to add colour to my outfits.

Topshop MOTO Mid-Blue Straight Leg Raw Hem Jean: After avidly following Lizzy from Shot From The Street, Lindsey from Ropes of Holland and Lucy from Fashion Me Now, I fell in love with denim all over again and decided to update my jean wardrobe. I haven't looked back since and my favourite style are these straight legs from Topshop. With curvy legs and a smaller waist, I find it hard to find jeans that fit well all over but these turned out to be the perfect fit; high waisted with a looser bottom leg around the ankle and thick denim with a bit of stretch that hold their shape.

Avène Cold Cream*: If there's a face cream I'd buy and use over and over again, recommend to friends and slap on all skin types, it's this thick and rich cold cream from Avène. For those suffering with dry, dehydrated or sensitive skin that needs some TLC then this is the cream for you. I've spoken about it multiple times throughout March and all for good reasons, I won't go without this in my collection and have been using it in the AM and PM on my face and any dry skin on my body; its a complete hero product.
