I’ve always been obsessed with packaging from the designs, colours and typography. I love how the packaging of a product can make you feel and having beautiful products and aesthetics surrounding me on my bathroom shelfies, bedside table and in my makeup bag, is one of my favourite things. The power of packaging is remarkable and us savvy consumers are often lured into purchasing products for their minimalistic, fun or colourful packaging. Glossier for example, an Instagram phenomena that created the perfect ‘pink’ shade for their branding which is now known as the ‘Glossier Pink’. We buy into packaging for how it makes us feel and how these tubes, pots and bottles of goodness look on our shelves.
