Best In The Drugstore For Under £10

I must admit, I am very much into high end luxe makeup and a lot of my collection consists of it, but I also

love

a budget buy and you can get so many amazing products in Boots for no more than £10, most of which have become some of my staple pieces. I'm talking lip products, a £2 eye shadow, NARS blush dupes, a holy grail concealer and some mega mascaras. When I was rummaging around in my makeup storage picking out what products to include, I actually have some really good drugstore products which do the job just as well as high end, but as this is a 10 under £10 post, if you want to see a post on all my drugstore products then comment in the comments below... Anyway enough babble about other posts, let's get excited about the products I am sharing today.

Sleek Blushers

...

Sleek really know how to hit the nail on the head when it comes to cheek products. Their individual blush colours are seriously good, pigmented, compact, chic packaging and the actual shade selection, well it's basically NARS blusher dupe heaven.

Topshop Lipsticks

...

If I had to choose any drugstore lipstick, it would probably have to be Topshop. For £8, the pigmentation, formula, finish, packaging and shade range is incredible, I have the shade Naturist and up until recently, I've been wearing it nearly every day. The finish of the lipsticks isn't matte, nor is it shiny, they just look like you're lips are very moisturised and feel really lovely on the lips. Pretty long lasting too...

Revlon Colour Burst Lip Butters

...

These are a serious old favourite of mine, I used to live in these lip products and having started wearing them again recently, I now know why. As the name states, these are so buttery, creamy, hydrating and the finish is

perfect

for summer- Slightly sheeny and some have a small amount of shimmer in. Creme Brule is the perfect pale nude and Strawberry Shortcake and Peach Parfait a pretty peachy/pinks which looks beautiful in the summer with a really natural base.

Maybelline The Falsies Mascara

...

This really is an all time favourite drugstore product. It's been in so many posts of mine and even beats some of my high end mascaras. If you're after volume, curl, drama and length then this is all you need in your collection, my lashes instantly double in length when I apply this and if you add an extra layer to the outer lashes then your eyes will appear a lot bigger and more open. Just a little top tip for you...

Natural Collection Eye Shadows

...

For £2 I don't think there is any excuse not to pick some of these up. I mean it, I was seriously impressed when I tried these, out of the drugstore eye shadows I've tried, these are the best. The powder doesn't drop and they are pigmented and long lasting with an immense selection of shades to choose between. I have Milk Chocolate and Asteroid which work beautifully together or alone.

Maybelline Colour Drama Lip Pencils

... A

nother NARS dupe in the bag here. These are pretty much identical in formula, pigmentation and finish to the NARS Velvet Matte Lip pencils but of course, over half the price. If you like a matte, intense finish then these are definitely for you, I love matte nudes in the winter and this has been such a staple lip product for me. They are also surprisingly creamy and hydrating.

Collection Eye Shadow Stick

...

If you're regular readers of my blog then you will know that eye shadow sticks are my favourite form of eye shadow, they are so quick and easy to apply, I don't know how anyone could not like them. Collection have a pretty classic shade range in terms of colour choice- white, pinky/grey, brown, blue, black and a goldish one but in my eyes, when it comes to eye shadow these are basically all the colours you need and you can create so many different looks. The sticks themselves are long lasting and I would say have more of a cream to powder finish than a super cream sheen finish.

Rimmel Liquid Eye Liner

...

Considering I am a beauty blogger and addict, I am pretty bad at applying liquid eye liner, probably down to the fact I never really try, or I am just heavy handed, one of the two... Saying this, the Rimmel liner is so easy to apply, the nib is super thin for extra precision and even I can sort of get a straight line with this one.

Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Concealer

...

If I was to choose a drugstore brand which is best for concealers, it would most likely be Maybelline. This is creamy, blend-able and brightening and works well under the eye and on blemishes. if you're after an affordable concealer then this is the one I would hands down recommend to anyone. The applicator is quite weird but the product is totally worth it.

Burts Bees Tinted Lip Balm

...

Fuss free lips that moisturise and add a light tint of colour. For days when I don't have time to line my lips, spend 10 minutes picking a lipstick and all that malarky, this is such a quick and easy option. They hydrate and add a slight shine but still keep it super natural.
