Today's Face #2
For my base I've been wearing an old summer favourite of mine, the Bobbi Brown Moisture Rich Foundation which is a much lighter coverage than usual and so easy to apply. I dotted some concealer under my eye to cover any bags or discolouration and used the same one on some small blemishes. To add structure to my face I used Bourjois Chocolate Bronzer in the shape of a 3 and applied my Philosophy Cream Blush to the apples of my cheeks which is the prettiest natural pink for that flush of colour.
To add some shimmer to my eyes I used the Benefit Cream Eye Shadow in Birthday Suit and slicked on a layer of Maybelline The Falsies to curl my lashes! I wanted to keep my eye brows relatively natural so I used a very light hand with my Brow Archery from Soap & Glory to add a hint of colour just to fill in any gaps!
To finish this look I plumped up my lips with my Charlotte Tilbury Lip Cheat in Pillow Talk, carefully going around the edges and then filling in the whole lip. For a nudey/pink sheen I applied my Lipstick Queen China Town pencil in Catalina which keeps my lips moisturised and works beautifully with the lip pencil.
Despite using quite a few products, this is a really quick and easy look to create and doesn't take me any longer than 10 minutes, so a great one for girls like me who would rather get an extra half hour in bed!
